Information for Prospective Contractors
Periodically, Clean Energy Works Oregon (CEWO) opens applications for eligible contractors to apply for particular CEWO markets. These openings generally occur annually but may occur sooner in order to fill needed capacity.
CEWO will post notifications in the table below when markets are open for contractor applications. When the application link is live for your market, follow the steps below to apply and contact Ryan Clemmer at 503-894-8665 if you have any questions.
Step 1: Download and Review the Terms & Conditions
Start by downloading and reviewing the 2013 Clean Energy Works Oregon Contractor Agreement. If your application is approved you will need to provided a signed copy of this document before being accepted into the program.
Step 2: Download and Complete the Application
