Home Energy Assessment

When your application is approved, you’ll be scheduled for a free Home Energy Assessment worth $500. It’s a high-tech diagnosis of your home that reveals leakage, heat transfers, hole sizes and infiltration rates, just to name a few.

Independent Inspection

Once your project is complete, Clean Energy Works conducts an Independent Inspection worth $250 to ensure your energy upgrades perform as promised.

Still think you can’t afford a CEWO Home Energy Remodel? Think again. We’ve partnered with local lenders SELCO Community Credit Union and Umpqua Bank, to provide eligible homeowners with exclusive low-interest loans. For many homeowners, the energy they save offsets a good portion of their monthly loan payment.

1. Based on 30% energy savings. Instant Rebates are offered on a limited time basis to qualified applicants that complete Clean Energy Works upgrade projects. Instant Rebates on energy upgrades are capped at 25% of energy upgrade project costs. For example, energy upgrades that save 30% and cost $2,000 result in an Instant Rebate of $500, while energy upgrades that save 30% and cost $5,000 or more result in the full $1,250 Instant Rebate. Once you are presented with a bid you will have 30 days to lock in the Instant Rebate on your energy upgrades. Otherwise, it will expire and may no longer be available to you.
